Shop Policies
We're a local computer shop in Scunthorpe, not a faceless online warehouse, and the way you receive your new PC reflects that. Rather than packing an expensive, hand-built machine into a box and trusting it to a national courier, we keep things local and personal. There are two ways to get your order, and both are completely free.

Collection is by arrangement, so please wait until we confirm your machine is ready before coming down. We operate by appointment and pre-arranged drop-off, which means there is always someone here to hand your machine over in person, talk you through your new PC, answer any questions, and make sure you leave happy.
If you'd like a hand, we're glad to help you get set up and run through anything you're unsure about before you take it home.
Can't get to us, or would rather we brought it to you? We offer free local drop-off across Scunthorpe and the nearby villages. We deliver your PC ourselves, in person, so it's handled with care from our workbench to your door, with no third-party courier involved.
We'll arrange a time that suits you, bring the machine round, and can help you get it plugged in and started if you'd like. It's the kind of personal service the big online retailers simply can't offer.

Build and turnaround times vary depending on the specification and parts availability. We'll always give you a realistic timeframe when you order, and keep you updated as your machine comes together. Many of our in-stock builds are ready within a few working days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or part availability outside our reasonable control, but we'll always keep you informed if anything affects your timescale.
Responsibility for the product (risk of loss or damage) passes to you once you collect it from us, or once we deliver it to you by local drop-off. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full and the item has been collected or delivered.
